Daily Dosage:

For best results take 2 capsules daily (or as professionally directed)

Contra Indications:

This product contains Iron which, if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Long term intake of 2mg of manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Beta Carotene should not be taken by heavy smokers. Keep out of sight and reach of children
