Why Use Pre-Seed Instead of Other Lubricants?

ALL general vaginal lubricants damage sperm and may also interfere with fertilisation and embryo development.

How Do I Use Pre-Seed?

Pre-seed Multi-Use is a Fertility-friendly Intimate Moisturiser in a 40 ml tube with 6 separate twist on applicators. (Applicators may be washed and reused)

You choose the method and amount of application of the product you want to apply prior to intercourse, either intravaginally or externally.

Pre-seed is also an ideal lubricant to ease entrance during intercourse as it does not harm sperm or interfere with fertilisation, and has been shown to be less irritating than other lubricants. However, Pre-seed is primarily designed to be applied inside the vaginal canal to best mimic natural secretions.

Applying Pre-seed intravaginally before intercourse, allows our patented moisture with the plant antioxidant- arabinogalactan, to coat the vaginal canal and cervical opening. This allows sperm to encounter an optimal environment following ejaculation, as they start their journey.

What You Might Not Know About Sperm Sensitivity!

Sperm are very sensitive 'creatures' and the optimal pH value for their survival in the cervical mucus is 7.1 and 8.5 (according to the World Health Organisation). Below a pH of 6.9, sperm will die. They are also sensitive to high and low ionic concentrations (osmolarity). An osmolarity between 260-360 mOsm/kg (that of semen) is best for sperm function. Normally, ingredients like glycerin or propylene glycol (in most lubricants) are what cause high osmolarities which will destroy sperm. If your lubricant contains glycols or mineral oils, you can safely assume that it will be killing the sperm.

Water also kills sperm on contact as it has no saline solution - if you are ever told to 'just use a little warm water', please DON'T!

Saliva is equally as bad - our saliva contains digestive enzymes which stop the sperm from swimming on contact, which is the exact opposite to what you want to achieve.

As you can see, the only lubricant which maintains the optimum environment for sperm to move about in is Pre-Seed. There is no other product that comes even close!
