About Kegel Pelvic Toner
20% of women over 40 suffer from embarassing leaks and over half of all women suffer stress incontinence at some time in their lives!
- Women are often unaware of the link between childbirth and incontinence and starting exercises early may prevent problems after birth
- Pelvic floor exercises are often poorly taught and ineffectively carried out.
- Clinical studies revealed that 25% of women indicated their sex lives were adversely affected by post-natal incontinence.
What Is A Kegel Pelvic Toner Exerciser?
Actually, there is no such thing really! A Kegel Pelvic Toner Exerciser is one that helps you carry out exercises designed by Arnold Kegel to build up the pelvic floor muscles.
How Does It Work ?
The PelvicToner is a progressive resistance vaginal exerciser designed for use in conjunction with Kegel exercises.
It has been shown that by using a PelvicToner regularly you can experience a much quicker recovery from any weakness as well as enjoying a quicker strengthening of the muscles. Regular use will begin to tighten your pelvic muscles after one week. The PelvicToner is easy and enjoyable to use.
A Fact For You ...
20% of women over 40 experience embarrassing leaks, and over half of all women experience stress incontinence at some time in their lives. The majority fail to seek clinical help and those that do will put up with the symptoms for an average of 4 years before consulting a health professional
(Gallup, 1994).
The Pelvic Toner is a unique patented device developed in the USA after extensive research. The Pelvic Toner is registered as a Medical Device in the EU and approved by the FDA in the USA.
Another Fact For You ...
Restoring youthful muscle tone after childbirth can have a major impact on sexual satisfaction for both partners and can significantly improve the frequency and intensity of orgasm. The state of the pelvic floor muscles is implicated as a major contributor to the conditions being identified as ‘Female Sexual Dysfunction’.
50% of users of the PelvicToner noted that they and/or their partner noticed an improvement in their vaginal embrace leading directly to a more satisfying sexual experience.

Does It Really Work? - Yes it Does!
During the Autumn of 2001 over 5000 women with stress incontinence bought a PelvicToner. Many completed a simple user questionnaire that confirmed our faith in this product.
Over 80% of those responding said that their symptoms of embarrassing leaks on coughing or performing even minor exercise or movements had 'improved' or 'much improved' after just one month. Over 30% reported an improvement after just one week.
Half of respondents also said that the PelvicToner had improved their vaginal embrace - and half also said that their partners had noticed the improvement!
In recent months the PelvicToner has been featured in a number of magazines and newspapers including Woman's Own, Woman's Weekly, New Woman, Top Sante, Cosmopolitan, Yours Health Plus, The Daily Mirror, The Daily Record, The Daily Telegraph and many others.
Here Are A Couple of Recent Reviews
"If you’re one of the many women who has never experienced a vaginal orgasm, or you are about to give birth, you’re probably already aware that working your pelvic-floor muscles could help. But, even though pelvic- floor contractions are so subtle that they can be performed even at the bus stop, it is often hard to tell if you’re getting them right. The answer is to invest in a PelvicToner, a two- pronged plastic device that sits in the vagina and closes like a crocodile’s jaw when you strike gold with the right squeeze. Ingenious."
Times Online, Body Matters, August 2006
"In just a few words "your" PelvicToner has worked wonders for me. I just cannot believe it. I have always had to wear a thick pad but after three weeks I am now down to panty liners. I would be willing to talk to anyone if you wish me to. I think it's magic. You have made me a very happy person. It's Great!!"

After just two weeks I noticed a big improvement and with regular use all my problems when coughing or laughing disappeared. A wonderful budget item with no batteries necessary!
Brilliant item

After having my first child I had slight problems but my mother in law recomended the 'aqua flex' which I used and loved but after my second child it got worse so I brought the 'pelvic toner'. I have minimum problems (usual only when running long distance and there is no toilet). Would like to keep this up so have just ordered the stronger springs. Would recomend this to any woman with a 'leak' problem no matter how big or small.
Good product but…

This was working really well for me, but after several months of use the hinge snapped … thankfully Peak Nutrition has offered a free replacement, so overall I’d say this is a good product.
Ask a Question
- Question: Hello! I want to pay Pelvic Toner. How could I send money?
- Our Answer:
You can pay with a credit or debit card. Or you can use PayPal or Google Checkout. Or you can select Cheque/PO and send a cheque or postal order in GBP. If your country is not in our list during checkout please contact us by replying to this email and we can sort out some other method for you. Thanks
- Question: Is it helpful for the older woman
- Our Answer:
Hello, yes, Kegel pelvic toners, alongside electrical toners, are very helpful for older women who have noticed a problem with incontinence, or if they feel that their pelvic muscles have become weakened, leading to less satisfactory sex. The same is true with younger women, especially following childbirth, where the muscles can become weak and lead to continence issues and also to poor vaginal embrace. Many thanks
- Question: Can i use pelvic toner when pregnant
- Our Answer:
Hello, it is not recommended that you use any kegel trainer whilst pregnant, but it can be used after childbirth to help tone up your muscles. However, if in any doubt please consult with your GP or midwife. Many thanks
- Question: can i use it if i have a copper coil fitted?
- Our Answer:
Hello, yes, you can use the manual kegel pelvic trainer with a copper coil fitted. Many thanks
- Question: do you need to use the gel with the pelvic toner?
- Our Answer:
Hello, some women find using a gel to be helpful when using a pelvic toner, but is not essential. It varies from woman to woman to be honest, as some women are naturally more lubricated than others. If you do wish to use a lubricant then we recommend the Athena Hydro Gel. Many thanks
- Question: Can this product be used during pregnancy?
- Our Answer:
Hello, the use of any pelvic toner is NOT advised during pregnancy. It is advisable to wait until a couple of months after the birth until the area has healed, and then use the pelvic toner to help build muscle tone. Many thanks
- Question: i am a 41 yr old women and i have a really bad problem of desperately needin the loo durin the night. i have to go about 7 or 8 times a night and almost wet the bed. the doctor gave me pills which helped for a while but now im back to square one. would the kegel excersiser help me at all. i am desperate for a solution.
- Our Answer:
It sounds like you have urge incontinence. The primary cause of this is a weak pelvic floor so yes, this product could well help you. May I suggest a chat with your GP too to rule out any other causes but it sounds like you have done this already. What did he/she say was the problem and what were the pills they gave you? Thanks
- Question: Can I use the pelvic toner if I have a mild recteole?
- Our Answer:
Hello, in this instance with a rectocele, you really will need to check with your doctor before using a pelvic toner, and to see whether your rectocele requires medical treatment. Many thanks
- Question: Does this product take into account the fact that the vagina may be slightly shorter than average and also rather tight due to problems with a stage one prolapse of the bladder. The usual cones are difficult to insert and hold in place. Please can you let me know what you think, thanks.
- Our Answer:
Hi, The Kegel Pelvic Toner is only inserted a short way into the vagina, so vagina length should not really be an issue. However, if you are worried that your vagina may be a bit tight for the Kegel, it may be worth looking at one of the electronic pelvic toners, such as the PelviTone or Athena Spirit - the probes are quite small and are shaped for easy insertion. The new Athena Spirit probe is an oval, more ergodynamic shape, for example. And we would alwats recommend using a water-based lubricant, such as the Athena Hydro Gel - it makes insertion easier and provides better contact for the metal plates of the probes. Many thanks
